When I first met you I recall you handing me a folder filled with laudatory letters from your clients. I did not foresee that I would write a similar letter for what I naively anticipated would be a routine transaction.
You did an outstanding job selling a residential property in New Haven that my brother and I inherited from our late uncle. The sale proved to be much more complex and time consuming than we had anticipated.
We were out of town sellers and inherited a property that needed extensive renovations and repairs. This was a tremendous service that we greatly appreciate and made it possible to sell the property at market rate.
You gave us wise counsel and did an excellent job with negotiations.
Unfortunately the first offer fell through (buyer lost his job) but you were unfazed and sold the property again.
